Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, including the packing slip.
To start a return, please email hello@yourstylistsays.com with your order number and delivery date. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it make take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
