Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, including the packing slip. For hats, we kindly ask that the original hat box and protective packaging be used when returning your item to help prevent damage during transit. Returns that arrive damaged, misshapen or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee. 

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@yourstylistsays.com with your order number and delivery date. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it make take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Items marked Finale Sale have been specially priced and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
